We are home.
It's fabulous.
We've got soooo many pictures to go through.
Had a blast in Hawaii, but San Diego was calling our names, and when we flew over downtown late Saturday night, we were both very happy campers. And now we're chilling on the couch (catching up on Glee, How I Met Your Mother, and the Big Bang Theory - yes, we are awesome like that), enjoying our last couple hours of freedom before real life starts again. Sigh.
It's okay, I guess. I've got a hot husband to get through it all with.

Short Vids
Aha!
I figured out how to work the system!
For your viewing pleasure, Chris and I have begun creating 'short vids': 30 second clips that will upload easily as opposed to our 4-5 minute regular videos which time out before our slow connection can get 'em up.
Three things to note:
1) I am the sole spokesperson of these videos, at least for today, because Chris was in a no-video funk. However, in our last week here, he has pretty much been the sole member of Team Trementozzi to be seen on the video, as I am usually the one wielding the camera.
2) I realize each time I see myself on video how much I speak with my hands. Like, an insane amount. I blame it on my 3 ASL classes in college.
3) It's been pretty overcast the last couple days, so don't be shocked when you don't see the lush, beautiful blue of Hawaii in the background. It's a little sad that it's so cloudy here when I hear it's hitting 114 degrees back home. Despite the clouds, the temperature still remains around 80-90 (fluctuates quite a bit at any given moment depending on cloud cover), and Chris and I remain continuously bathed in sweat from the humidity.
UPDATE:
As we've been sitting here, out in the lovely internet-fed lounge, I've fed into the youtube craze and created an account. Videos seem to be uploading a LOT quicker to that site, and I believe if you go to the first video here, you'll be able to click on my username to access the rest. I may or may not be adding more videos as the week goes on. We'll see how many more evenings we'll have time for lounging. We've booked quite a few activities for the rest of the week, and I never know when I'll come back to our room and pass out from exhaustion, or when I'm up for staying out past 9 p.m. Honeymooning is tiring, people.
I tried.
Sorry, Moms. I tried uploading some videos of our days here, but our internet connection seems to be way too slow to properly handle something as complex as a video upload. I'll try again tomorrow, after we get back from kayaking and snorkeling!

Internet! Blessed Internet!
My beloved husband tells me I am addicted to the internet. This is because for the past four days we've been in Hawaii, it has not been readily available, and one might say it's made me a bit moody.
What's moody about insisting to check my email on his Blackberry the second we sit down for any meal?
What's moody about being perturbed the Blackberry is being used for GPS purposes on long car rides, and not for me to update my Facebook status?
What's moody about just wanting THE WORLD to know what I'm doing and how I'm doing it and when and where and why?
It was quite a culture shock coming from our first night stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, where we had free wireless in the room, to the beautiful little Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu where they charge you $16 a night to be hooked up to a foot long cable in the corner.
Seriously, Hilton Hawaiian Village? I know what you charge. You're really telling me wireless is too much to ask for?
Today we flew from Oahu to the Big Island (actual Hawaii), and checked in to our awesome little timeshare resort. After crazy hopping downtown Honolulu, this little beach town of Kona is so cute and quaint... and has free wireless in all the main lobbies.
Thank you, Jesus, for internet.
And while Chris and I should be sitting down here in the outdoor lobby looking up adventurous things to do in Hawaii, he's actually commenting on Studio Castillero's Jordan & Chris Glimpse shots and I'm checking in on all of my usual haunts: yahoo, facebook, google reader.... Probably won't get anything done tonight, but that's okay. We're on vacation, and we did just fly in after all. I won't even talk about how spectacularly amazingly fantastic our trip is, except for the amazing steamed zucchini I had at lunch earlier.
It was so good, it made me sad for Chris. He doesn't like zucchini. What a tragic world he lives in.

First Post
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!
We're married! It's so crazy!
Right now, it is Wednesday night, two days after the most spectacular wedding I truly believe anybody has ever had. Chris and I are sitting out on our hotel balcony, looking at our view of downtown Honolulu and the Waikiki beach. It's pretty amazing. I mean, we are freaking in Hawaii. Hawaii! And we're married. Married!
That's all for now. We've got a 2 hour time limit on internet, and we spent most of it looking through Facebook for uploaded pictures of our wedding. ;)
If you want to see the glimpse from our spectacular amazing freaking awesome photographers, Rico and Rachel Castillero, you can go here. Here are just a few low res images I pulled from Facebook; aren't they just fantastic?

Last Post
So I'm getting married today.
Crazy.
As I'd said in an earlier post, with the beginning of a new life ahead of me, I'm beginning a new chapter with a new blog. This one will still be up and running, with links to the new blog and links to previous blogs, and the new blog will have links back here and to the others.
It's very exciting, I know.
Also exciting? I'm marrying my very best friend later today. In about... 16 hours.
This weekend's been fantastic so far. Friday night we met up with Kris Cowen for dinner and general fraternizing until midnight. Saturday I did most of my packing for our trip to Hawaii before heading to my bachelorette party. I wish I had the pictures, but I've left my camera at the other apartment. :( Maybe I'll have time on the plane to go through them.... no, wait, I'll definitely have time on the plane to go through them. Trips to Hawaii ain't quick.
My bachelorette party was great! We had a photo scavenger hunt in Coronado, dinner at Miguel's, then back to the apartment for gifts and talk, and then a sleepover with my very favorite girls. Thank you, Jenna, Sonia, and Mandy for sticking it out slumber party style. Sleeping sucked, Dear John sucked, but the bonding was great.
Dragged my behind off the couch this morning to meet Chris and his family for brunch (see earlier picture (sent from my brand new Samsung Reality (which is awesome))), then it was off to the nail salon. Want to know a secret? I hate getting my nails done. It hurts me. I don't know if my feet are just super sensitive or what, but I swear my toes are bright red when they're done, from all the pain they've caused me. Today, I literally watched the woman tear off a piece of my skin. My skin! And they take that little flat tool and jam it over your nail and straight into your toe. Seriously, I'm all tensed up the entire time. I wouldn't do it at all except that Chris has put in a request for me to girly it up a bit occasionally.
Also, it always takes so long.
And that's why we were late for our rehearsal. We actually had to rehearse on a completely different lawn than our actual ceremony lawn, because there was another wedding going on there. We had to improvise some, since our lawn includes a fountain and a view of downtown San Diego, but I think it's going to work. And I just need to say I LOVE our wedding party. They are so much stinking fun! It was just such a great atmosphere of joking around and watching fish jump out of the water. (I was pretty much mesmerized by this the whole time we ran through the first time, and turns out my bridesmaids were too-- stay tuned for an awesome picture Cody caught of them watching the fish-- anyway, if I spot a fish jumping out of the water tomorrow, I'll completely lose my focus on the wedding-- sorry, babe.) Jenafer was amazing coordinating everyone, and Justin was a great minion. ;) Jessica was the perfect flower girl after take one (where she booked it the first five yards or so), and it's all just going to be so perfect!
Then it was off to the dinner at BJ's. We had the entire outside area closed off just for us, and they've recently updated the outside; it was completely awesome. They have new loungey booths now that really give it a party atmosphere. We had all you can eat pizza and appetizers, and Chris and I table hopped because we weren't sure who we should sit with. So we chose everybody! When we passed out our wedding party gifts, Chris explained the story behind the 365 book (which we'd given to everyone) and how it was by Ryan showing me the book, and me thinking this Chris must just be an awesome guy, that we were all there tonight. I just love our love story!
Then it was back home to finish packing, ogle over the presents already piled in the garage (presents!), and try to analyze why my tooth still hurts (there's no more tooth, for crying out loud!). Then Chris left with Kris and Becky to go stay the night at their time share, where the boys will be getting ready, and I continued prepping for the day and the trip at the condo, where us girls will be primping.
So... I should be going to bed... but I don't know if I'll be able to sleep. ;) See you on the other side!
Remember, the new blog is www.lovelikeapolaroid.blogspot.com. Don't know when the first post will go up, but please keep checking; I promise it will come eventually!
